Working VS business

As this topic really bothering me since I finish my boarding school in Kuala Kangsar Perak 17 years ago.I came from middle income family.My father was a soldier working as Chief Clark while my mum do small business in F&B.

Literally my father's family more into business .My auntie sell banana at Kampar Perak.She can speak a bit of Hokkein and Mandarin fluently.

At first after SPM I like to be aerospace engineer.Although Physics seem quite tough for me.I did my Science Matriculation in UPM but I could not finish it because health reasons regarding my pimples problem.

Then I chose Diploma in Business Studies in Uitm at Dungun,Terengganu.My early intentionwas to help my father, retired army ;doing his retail shop in Kampar,Perak.
Unluckily after six months his business flop because intense competition ( market dominated by Chinese) and lack of expertice and running capital.

This bad situation really influence me alot.

After 17 years while working with a few companies like Public Bank ,Bank Islam and Eduss Asia Sdn Bhd ( many others exactly ) I had experienced to operate business like Cyber Cafe ( Keris Emas Teknologi Ent ) ,Printing & Events ( Xerographix Studio Ent ) ,IT supplier ( Optimus System Sdn Bhd ) and last but not least Property & Contractor ( Terraland Prestige Ent).

The business enviroment mode more suit me. Because I don't favor tight working hours to a company. Need to follow routine work schedule 9-5pm every for the rest of my life.

Other reasons :

1.Working don't make you Rich like doing business because I only get my money after 30 days of work.
2.Enviroment not condusive which certain superior don't like your brilliang ideas.
3.Company easy to ditch you out from company eventhough you were good.
4.You make company rich but you still receive same amount of paycheck.
5.Working don't give me job satisfaction and freedom for my time.


Why I love Doing Business :

1.Depend 100% to Allah. 90% rezeki is from business.
2.You learn to adapt and change faster to be more creative and socialise.
3.People respect you especially Chinese Community where doing business is their Pride and culture to be wealthy.
4.I want to aim high and big which I want to be millionaire.

After a lot of hurdles I faced I learn that doing business is easy but you need some capital,Good Network,Speacilize Skills and knowledge about your business, High /Strong EQ and willpower and lastly good Support System like your beloved wife and family.

I still don't get my first million yet but now I understand that you need to work with other first.
The reasons;

1. Need to work first ,get good position and high salary.
2.Buy house and car using your working salary statement.
3.Married so while working with other like big companies your future mother in laws will prefer you more compared than you still doing your business without proven assets in your list.
4.More stable when every months you have residual income to support.
5.You can save money from salary deduction and company's contribution to your EPF account.

You can do business part time and start saving money regularly and get business opportunity while you working.
